My impression in dealing with Jon Meadows from start to finish is first class and I cannot recommend him highly enough. If you have a problem then he's your man. Straight away he took control of my case, getting the facts, dealing directly with the HCPC, reassuring me, and instructing me as to how to proceed, in a friendly and professional manner. After my initial consultation I felt reassured that I was in the hands of a competent and efficient solicitor. A bundle of documents were sent to the HCPC together with a long and detailed report from Jon, outlining my case, factually and with his advice on how he felt the HCPC should proceed. Also in the bundle were many letters from my clients, who were happy to write a character reference for me, even though I was embarrassed and concerned I would lose them when I first contacted them. This was on Jon's advice, and something I would have been unlikely to have done off my own back. I've had a positive outcome from the HCPC and my case was dropped with "No case to answer" I fell that this would not have been the case had I tried to deal with this on my own.
