Professional and timely response

Tim LIU of Riseam Sharples walked along with us throughout the transaction. His response was professional and timely, regardless whether he was in the office or on the road, even in a different time zone. His team, including Heidi Kan, Eugene Lee and Desiree Lai, provided strong support in the follow-ups and our enquiries too. All of their efforts contributed to a seamless completion. Thank you. We would be happy to engage them again when needed.

Review of Riseam Sharples

Riseam Sharples have carried out many domestic property sales and purchases for my wife and I. All their work and advice has been first class, and they have dealt with unusual situations for us including:-
(i) where registered title boundaries have been questioned.
(ii) where one of the vendors of a property we were buying died after exchange of contracts, requiring probate to be obtained prior to completion.

Excellent service and communication

Catherine did a great job on my sale and purchase – as always there were a few stressful moments with the transactions but I was always kept well informed and am grateful for the excellent communication. I felt reassured knowing I was in safe hands and I was appreciative that Catherine explained things in layman terms as to what was going on. Happy to recommend this firm.
