Exceptional Service Under a Tight Deadline
We were introduced to Naveen by our broker, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the recommendation, as working with Naveen and his team member Cezary, made the whole experience of buying our first home feel smooth and supported.
From our very first contact, he was meticulous, responsive, and incredibly easy to communicate with- something we truly appreciated during what can be a stressful time. Our purchase had a tight 7.5-week timeline due to the upcoming change in the first-time buyer stamp duty rules coming into effect on 1 April 2025. Despite this deadline and other transactions his team was managing under the same pressure- Naveen and Cezary handled everything with care and efficiency, ensuring we completed just in time. Their effort not only helped us secure our new home, but also saved us a significant amount in stamp duty-money we can now put towards making our new place truly feel like home.
We’re so grateful for their dedication and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone going through the property buying process.

Disorganised and unprofessional. Office was closed at the time of my appointment, and after telephoning the office, a "solicitor" opened the door completely unaware of it. Even worse, they refused the agreed service due to their own misinformation and misinterpretation of the matter. A total waste of time.

Very happy with the efficient service received from Natalie Morris. Just 6 weeks from having our offer on the house accepted and exchanging contracts. A few queries arose but we were kept informed and everything was resolved quickly. We completed two weeks later and again everything was dealt with efficiently.
