House move: seamless and authoritative
We were recommended S.D.Rosser (Natalie Morris) by a friend, whom they had previously helped to buy a property. We would echo her experience: Natalie (and in her absence, her deputy or where appropriate, the relevant partner) was all over our case, carefully advising on what to expect and when, providing us steers on timing, helping us understand where other advisers - e.g. our existing lender - were wrong, and why, and correcting the other side's mistakes. Not one dropped catch. The fee structure was also predictable and clear, and Natalie (or others) were responsive. Very impressed, and would use again.
