I would really not suggest it. Just facts confirmed in writing. I was a client and have in writing agreed with Razi Mireskandari Managing Partner about the fact that his company would conduct the full pre-court procedure on the negligence case for £30k, a price which would include 2 expert conclusions. In fact, this money created a letter of claim without expert conclusions, without which the rest of it was pointless. The response to a request about fulfilling the contractual obligations, was "if you don't like it - go to court" followed by a charming smile. An attempt was made by the other side to not return the case files. This was resolved after a complaint was sent to the internal compliance department, and the documents were given back. The grand total is a waste of £30k, a haughty and rude attitude and several months of waiting lost.
