I have used Helen Davis for a number of property sales and purchases over the years. I cannot recommend her highly enough as I previously had many years of variable / bad experiences with conveyancing lawyers. Helen West handled the conveyancing for what I thought (ha!) would be a very straightforward executor's sale of a property in Cullompton, Devon. The house was empty, mortgage-free and sold to a first-time cash buyer. However, there turned out to be a boundary issue which could easily have derailed the transaction. Helen was calm, informative, knowledgeable, and helped keep things on track. I always felt in safe professional hands during what turned out to be quite a stressful, but ultimately successful sale.
