A somehwat traumatic and long process in the selling of the bungalow. From a withdrawal of sale to bank marker on title deeds from 40 years ago to another withdrawal of sale and then finally success. Ben who handled most of the process did a great job and was always extremely patient and polite even when dealing with an irate and angry seller! Thank you we got there.
