Fantastic Service from Start to Finish (We Will Be Back!)
I recently used Oliver Jarvis and his team at Lester Aldridge for the sale of my flat in Poole, and the service was outstanding with excellent value for money compared to the rest of the regional market when it came to dealing with Help To Buy Redemption, and a flat in a development that was subject to the Building Safety Act 2022. Thanks to their efficiency, all our paperwork was ready to exchange and complete in just 7.5 weeks. Unfortunately, the buyer was not entirely forthright about their timetable, causing a last-minute delay from a claimed one-week notice to a two-month wait. Despite this frustration on the buyer's end, I was incredibly impressed with Oliver and his team's warm personable manner, perseverance and professionalism. They continuously pushed for the best and quickest outcome possible, resulting in a successful exchange at 10 weeks and completion at 12. A big thank you to Oliver, Ben, George and Zac for all their hard work. I am already recommending Oliver to my partner for her upcoming house sale, and we will definitely be returning to Lester Aldridge for our joint purchase in the very near future.
