    Great experience and excellent service!

    I cannot thank Shelley Cole and her fantastic team at Lester Aldridge enough, including George and Hannah. From start to finish they were exceptionally professional, incredibly supportive, and genuinely friendly, approachable, and easy to deal with. Our sale and purchase was extremely complicated and at times very stressful, but they were truly outstanding throughout. They guided us through every step with patience, clarity, and reassurance, often working late and always being there whenever we needed advice or had concerns. Their dedication, hard work, and attention to detail made a huge difference and helped us get through what could have been an overwhelming experience. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Shelley, Hannah, and George an absolutely brilliant team and a credit to Lester Aldridge.

    Even from a distance...

    This is the second time LA have managed the sale of a property for me. On both occasions I was/am living in Cyprus. LA have been so professional at every step. They have explained steps, they have kept me up to date, all with a timely fashion. I have never had to wait. As we came to completion every aspect was double checked - including the name on the bank account - to make sure the transaction was slick and confidence building. Thank you AGAIN LA!     Don't think twice, go with Shelley and the LA team!

    I used Shelley and her team after a strong recommendation from my work colleagues. We were first time buyers and had heard plenty of horror stories about needing to stay on top of and chasing solicitors. I can very happily say that Shelley and her team with Hannah and Joel were nothing short of incredible. They turned around my purchase in great time, working closely with all parties in the chain and always giving sensible and timely advice along the way. I never had to wait more than a day for a response, and never had to chase twice when I needed something, that was so refreshing as a busy person myself. Our vendors even praised Shelley's proactiveness which is saying something! Don't think twice, i've sang Shelley's praises numerous times to colleagues (who have also said high praises) and will continue to do so for any friends or family looking to buy.

    We had an excellent service on our sale and purchase. Genuinely the whole thing nearly fell apart when other solicitors in the chain didn't do their jobs. Shelley and Oliver were always available and made sure our part was done. They had to spend a lot of time chasing and cajoling others in the chain. I'm so grateful we have a home!

    Lester Aldridge have been an absolute breath of fresh air in an industry which is notoriously slow and frustrating. I had the pleasure of having Jon Deadman who professionally handled the sale of my property and kept me up to date throughout and provided clear and easy to understand advice. I later had the pleasure of having Shelley Cole who in a stressful time of stamp duty deadline, went beyond what anyone would expect and managed to complete my purchase before the stamp duty deadline. She was sending me emails after 9pm at night which no one should be expected to do but she wanted to get my case completed for me and it was very much appreciated. Her advice was incredibly clear and easy to understand. I was just completely amazed with the level of service she provided. She deserves a huge reward from Lester Aldridge for providing beyond good service and being such an important asset to the Lester Aldridge brand. Thank you Shelley!

    I cannot recommend Shelley Cole enough, Conveyancer! As if buying a property was not stressful enough then add Covid challenges, working from home and chasing a stamp duty deadline along with numerous other purchasers. I was told, given the hour that this would be impossible by associated parties I was dealing with- well despite some last minute issues (my end) and a protracted scenario with banks and funds, Shelley got my purchase over the line with a cool, calm and collected approach - I felt every bit of advice Shelley gave me could be relied upon, my Mortgage Adviser agreed she was stand alone with the service offered at this stressful time. Thank you Shelley Cole.
