Don't think twice, go with Shelley and the LA team!
I used Shelley and her team after a strong recommendation from my work colleagues. We were first time buyers and had heard plenty of horror stories about needing to stay on top of and chasing solicitors. I can very happily say that Shelley and her team with Hannah and Joel were nothing short of incredible. They turned around my purchase in great time, working closely with all parties in the chain and always giving sensible and timely advice along the way. I never had to wait more than a day for a response, and never had to chase twice when I needed something, that was so refreshing as a busy person myself. Our vendors even praised Shelley's proactiveness which is saying something! Don't think twice, i've sang Shelley's praises numerous times to colleagues (who have also said high praises) and will continue to do so for any friends or family looking to buy.
