Useless and unprofesssional

I used Ms Campbell for my Divorce proceedings but over the course of 6 months found her to be unhelpful and unprofessional. I had to chase her constantly for answers to which i never received clear and concise responses. I completed a Form E with no help from her at all. When I did ask for clarification on questions I was met with one word responses leaving me extremely anxious and stressed about the Forms. When I finally decided to appoint a new solicitor the final bill she sent me was ludicrously high considering she did almost nothing. I fought my case to not pay that amount which I didn't think I should have had to do.

I urge anyone considering using her to think again and find someone else. She couldn't even get my name right in her emails despite it being in ALL of my responses and part of my email address. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
