No Valuable advise only there to churn money from client

They don't respond at all on the same day. they keep charging money for every mail you sent them, so if it is a small response application they will make sure to charge for every minute and every email even if it a follow-up as they have not responded.

As a Legal Aid recipient, you hope that the firm that takes on your case would be professional, value you as a client and deliver excellent service, regardless of the financial costs.

I came to Tyrer Roxburgh Solicitors as a DV survivor embroiled in a draining Child Arrangement case. I was previously with a Legal Aid firm that was potentially going to cost me my case.

Vas took my call and accepted my case. She was warm, empathetic and reassuring, and for the first time in months, I had hope. She always communicated with me, effectively corresponded with the other party, offered great legal advice and prepared me for each hearing. I wasn't made to feel like I was not a paying client, not once. My case ended with favourable outcomes!

I am grateful to the entire team at Tyrer Roxburgh. Vasoulla Constatinou is an amazing solicitor whom I highly recommend. I am appreciative of how she handled my case and her legal expertise.
