Re;Claim Agenst Fords of Winsford Ltd 35453 (FOW Ltd),
I first purchased the car LD66 HFK that arrived on a low loader on 31 October 2024,on 4 November 2024 the car was driven for Half an hour and then it then broke down on the A4 motorway.The AA arrived and towed car from A4 to Berry garage,car was left with them for brake down report..On 14 November 2024 brake down report was collected from Berry garage along with car on low loader to my front door.On 15 November 2024 Berry report arrival at FOW.,I phoned the Sales Manager and told him that under the 2015 Sale of Goods Act,He has to take his car LD66 HFK back to his garage and refund the money I paid for car LD66 HDK,and that I never was to see his car again.The Sales Manager agreed to my request and take his car pack to his garage.On 11 December 2024 car picked up from my address and car returned to FOW.garage.From 12 December 2024 until Mid May 2025 I emailed the Sales Manager of FOW asking him for the money he owes me ,as all my emails are ignored . I then contacted Woodfords Solicitors in May 2025 and made an appointment to see the senior solicitor Claire Lardner.On the day of the appointment I brought my legal documents and photographs with me so that Claire and myself could discuss the case.Claire wrote letters to FOW about the money that FOW owed to me for the car that was returned to them,eventually FOW offered £9,000 to Claire(which I accepted).On 1 July 2025 Claire began the transfer of £9,000 to my NatWest Bank account.All that FOW need to pay are all of our legal costs and other expenses for this case and then the case is closed.In my opinion Claire provided a first class service as a professional legally qualified solicitor,I would recommend Claire Lardner to all of my friends,family and all of my neighbours ,and the people who I work with to see Claire if they have any legal problems or concerns!
