Matthew and Emma assisted with the completion of the property in a timely manner within two months . They were responsive by email and by phone and we went to the office to have the paperwork witnessed . Overall , they were courteous and polite and did their due diligence . As a first-time buyer, purchasing was a complex maze. Thankfully, Matthew and Kiera made the conveyancing process look effortless. They had to tolerate me making an offer, withdrawing due to a poor survey, making a different offer, withdrawing due to another poor survey and finally completing on a property.
