Came here to write a review. Seems most other people been stitched up by this "law" company as well. Now gone in to administration and want me to pay a fee for THEM Failing to turn up to court whilst I was there. Have reached out to local MP and a real law firm to see what can be done.

Absolutely terrible, awful company. Scam, scam, scam. PCP claim which I was completely unsure about as the guy was so pushy. Ended up being reassured in to it. 2 years down the line barely heard a word. Ring them and get no call back. They sent me an email a few weeks ago which was only by chance u came across it. They could no longer proceed with my claim and they needed to pass to another solicitor where my insurance won't be moved across, they needed me to sign within 7 days to give them permission to move over. Called them and the guy that wrote the letter had left. Spoke to someone else who told me if I don't sign to move it to another solicitor I owe £4300! Yet they are the ones breaking contract by not proceeding because they don't have enough staff or evidence to win the claim! I went to read reviews and saw some poor lady signed to be moved over to another solicitor like they try and push you in to and she was then smacked with a massive bill because she had broken the contract by moving to another solicitor. In the current climate we are in this is absolutely disgraceful and disgusting service. This is being looked at legally and I would advise NO ONE to trust this company

Absloutley shocking company who did NOTHING for my housing disrepair claim who then handed it to someone else after nearly a year im so stressed angry an upset avoid!!!!!!!

Very professional company, kept me updated all the way through the process and was able to answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

AVOID!! 0 STARS..STARTED 2 CLAIMS IN MAY 2022 AND AFTER BEING TOLD VERY HIGH CHANCE OF WINNING CLAIM THE PROCESS WAS VERY SLOW,I HAD TO GET ALL THE FINANCE AGREEMENTS MYSELF FROM THE COMPANIES INVOLVED AND EMAIL THEM OVER TO THEM,THEN HAD TO SIGN THE SAME FORMS 3 TIMES BECAUSE THEY MUST HAVE LOST THEM,NO REPLY TO EMAILS,NO CORRESPONDENCE THEN FINALLY AFTER 2 YEARS I PHONED THEM AND WAS TOLD 1 CLAIM WAS CANCELLED IN JAN 2023 WHICH I WASNT TOLD ABOUT.THE OTHER ONE A LETTER OF CLAIM WAS SENT 20MONTHS AGO AND STILL NO REPLY BUT THEY HAVNT BOTHERED TO FOLLOW UP, THEY THINK THEY DESERVE PAID FOR NOTHING WHEN THEY SHOULD BE PAYING PEOPLE FOR WASTING THEIR TIME.BASICALLY 2 YEARS AND ALL THEY HAVE DONE IS SEND A LETTER...ABSOLUTELY USELESS,I SHOULD HAVE READ THE OTHER REVIEWS BEFORE CONTACTING THEM,AND IF THEY DO ACTUALLY WIN THE CASE THEY TAKE MOST OF THE MONEY ANYWAY,DONT WASTE YOUR TIME
