Going through a legal process is a very stressful time, but Gareth handled my situation with a great balance of empathy and absolute legal pragmatism. He responded in a very timely manner (same day responses) and discussed the legal details of the case in plain, understandable English. By laying out direct, step-by-step actions, he took the uncertainty away; having a clear plan made me much more confident about the case. Gareth was fantastic, really efficient and helpful.
