I came to Nathan having a problem with a client. Nathan was knowledgable and extremely helpful in gathering all the information and dealing with the client on my behalf. Nathan kept me in the loop as soon as there were any updates and advised me on what he believed to be the best course of action and why giving me complete control to make whatever decision I felt was best
