I struggled to get any form of communication from them. It’s was usually me that would pester them about my case progress. Even then there were always little info. Eventually the divorce came through after nearly two years. This was because my ex was making baseless accusations which were never sent to me . Luckily the court dismissed the accusations in my absence. Thank goodness! My solicitor sat on this info! My solicitor was very judgmental and never made efforts to read between the lines. At the end I had to move my case to another solicitor. It was at this new solicitor that I knew I clearly had a strong case. That the case is more on my side than my ex given that I had been fair to her. Money paid to blackfield solicitor was no value for money. I suggest blackfield improves on their communication skills and professional knowledge.
