Truly exceptional - professional yet genuine human interactions! It was brilliant from start to finish and I am so pleased for the positive outcome of my visa application. City Legal has been reassuring and understanding in the whole process and has always taken a personalised approach to my case. Communication has been smooth and all the staff members are just lovely, super nice people. I have mostly communicated through Yaswini, who has been absolutely wonderful - always making me feel at ease with quick phone calls, detailed explanations and keeping me in the know. In a nutshell, I am grateful for their support and will recommend them without a second thought.
