    Only Interested in fees

    Poor responsiveness. Didn't do what was promised on time. Always had to chase for a response, then you are charged for answering your emails. Only interested in theirs fees. Continually fee chasing. Increased fees part way through. Constantly chasing for money on account but don’t have time to respond about your case. Poor attention to detail, as the client I had to point out mistakes several times. Now my file should be closed and balancing fees on account returned. I wonder how long it will take to Receive the money? When they want fees on account they have time to chase every Friday like clock work. I Wonder how many times I will need to chase to receive me funds back? My experience is that this company is very good at fee churning... Not interested in customer service or you as a client at all. I had contact with several people who all acted the same, so It's a cultural issue at this company... Very poor experience all round. Beware!

    The service I received from Jane-Louise and the team at Fuller's Family Law was exemplary. Jane-Louise is one of the few solicitors that can deal with both parties using the 'Together We Part' system. This works out so much cheaper and far quicker to get the divorce granted as only one lawyer is needed. This obviously only works if you're in agreement but if you are, I urge you to contact Jane-Louise and the team to discuss the 'Together We Part' option. It saved us thousands and the divorce was granted within 6 months! Thank you team for your professionalism throughout!

      I was not sure exactly what to expect when I initially made contact with Fullers, but after my initial request for a free consultation I received excellent support and guidance from Katherine and then went on to book a session with Asia, which was able to be booked for the next day at short notice. All information and service provided from the team during the initial booking process pre meeting was prompt and straightforward and transparent. The meeting with Asia was extremely thorough, and I felt supported and heard throughout, information and guidance provided was laid out in an easy to digest way and all questions I had were answered. I was provided with a recording of the session for future review and left the meeting feeling that it was a positive experience, despite the not so positive circumstances which led me to require the service in the first place.
