It has taken me a while to get round to writing this but just wanted to say that our experience with EDC LORD in particular our solicitor Sara Sinker was excellent.

We were selling a shared ownership flat which comes which as we learned is not that straight forward. Sara went above and beyond for us. She was attentive and incredibly reasurring through all the stress and managed to deliver exactly what we needed.

The solicitor for our buyer kept throwing all these curveballs and was being very difficult and Sara just smashed them out of the park.

Would definitely hire again!

I am absolutely delighted with the service from Sara and Vanessa.
They managed the sale of my house which was a very long and painful process, due the the buyers solicitor being rubbish and the housing assisolation being shocking. Sara's knowledge of shared ownership rules regulations and processes was exceptional.
