This is my third transaction in about the last 20 years with Jasmine Vyas and EDC Lord & Co. On every instance, my journey has been smooth, hassle free, good advice, regular communications and a job extremely well done.

On this occasion, I am overseas and had to sell my house in the UK. Due to a miscommunication, I could not get hold of EDC Lord at the beginning of the transaction and my agent recommended me another firm. They were a nightmare and could not handle their onboarding properly and became extremely difficult to handle remotely and showed very little understanding of the onboarding laws and then abruptly dumped me. I am in the process of escalating a major complaint about them to the Legal Ombudsman.

Now, I kick myself and wish I had got past a miscommunication issue and used EDC Lord & Co and Jasmine Vyas from the beginning, I would have less drama, less stress especially dealing with this sale remotely.
