Thanks to Martin and Fiona , I felt someone was able to understand the situation and could help me. Although it seemed complex , Martin managed to raise many points during the first hearing . If Martin wasn't my solicitor for my 1st hearing , my case wouldn't have been discontinued by the CPS before the case management.
