Ardale Brown have been exceptional in assisting my partner and I in purchasing our first home. With a substantial amount of experience in the legalities involved in property market processes, they have been completely transparent and communicated very well throughout the process ensuring we were not left in the dark and understood every step of the process. I specifically dealt with Sumeet, Poonam who were very professional and gave my partner and I the upmost faith that we were being looked after and that the process would be complete ahead of the deadline. Excellent service, very professional at every level
Ardale Brown were recommended to me by my Estate Agent so presumed they must be good if an Estate Agency were prepared to recommend them. I am pleased to say they were indeed very good! They were friendly and very communicative throughout the process which meant my wife and I were very well informed throughout the whole conveyancing process. We were hugely let down by the Buyers' solicitor, who we found to be extraordinarily slow, uncommunicative and generally unprofessional (in our opinion) but despite this, Poonam, Wendy and the team did their best to chase the Buyers' Solicitor as hard as they could. As such, this house sale gave us exposure to the two very different sides to Conveyancing - great service from Ardale Brown and appalling service by the Buyers' Solicitor. Would thoroughly recommend.
