This is the 3rd time we have used this company and we carried two purchases and one sale and they are have been fantastic. Comms are great and the due diligence Jasmine Vyas showed through the process has been incredible. Her responses are quick and informative and has helped me further clarify solicitor/contract speak when needed. This purchase has been a little more difficult due to the Listed element of the building and dealing with numerous third parties and Jasmine has truly been efficient and really had our backs during the process to ensure we will have no surprises when we move in.
