Bradley assured me knew he all about commercial leases , this did not turn out to be the case , he forgot to carry out a basic requirement and I lost my very valuable lease . Be Warned !

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Kirkwoods. Their biggest problem is lack of communication. It takes them too long to respond. Mr Bradly will make a commitment to respond the query by the end of the day, but never does that. I was informed by Mr Bradly that my case will be expedite. I have requested the proof on numerous occasions without any success. Every time I called Mr Brady, I was told that the case was expedite, but when i finally checked myself with Land Registry, that was a lie. So disappointed with the service I received from Kirkwwods. I will never recommend them to anyone from my family or friends.

As a former solicitor myself I am very careful about who I use for legal procedures I can’t do myself. So I was delighted when on recommendation I used Sheena Shah at Kirkwoods for the sale of my late mother’s flat. At a time of stress, both due to my mother’s death and the Covid pandemic, it was a great relief to feel I was in truly capable hands. Sheena knows exactly what she is doing and I could trust her completely. Sheena is very experienced and knowledgeable. She was able to reassure me completely when things got difficult, which they did due to a quirk of my mother’s legal title and other issues that arose. She is pragmatic and explained everything to me that I didn’t understand and was tough when she needed to be but realistic as well. She replied to every email straight away, it was excellent. She is also a really lovely person. I wouldn’t hesitate to use her again and highly recommend her to everyone.

I contacted Kirkwood solicitors to support me fight for what was legally due to me. I was being threatened by another ex solicitor, hence i was worried. Mr Bradley who dealt with the case was professional, genuine and most of all cared for the best outcome for myself. Everyone there is down to earth and approachable and efficient.
