Excellent experience with Parsonage and Co

I would wholeheartedly recommend Parsonage and Co. Sylvia is extremely knowledgeable, empathetic and was responsive to me at all times. I felt to be in safe and competent hands at all times. As important as the substance is, in my opinion it is also as important how a solicitor treats you and Sylvia was always very kind and sympathetic to the situation and also completely on my side. I trusted her completely that she would do her very best for me and I was not disappointed. I am very grateful that Sylvia Parsonage represented me in this matter. I would also like to add that the rest of the team is also very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Way too expensive for a simple mirror will.

My experience of this company had always been broadly positive, until my wife and I instructed them to provide a joint (mirror) will. The cost inc VAT, but not including will storage was £600. The wills themselves were bog standard with no special provisions. I spoke to the owner about the costs, and she told me that £600 was their 'standard price' and that it reflected two hours of her time, and admin, including the cost of billing us!!! Forgive me, but I think £600 for a joint will is simply too much!
