We’ve used Hayley numerous times for purchases and sales (having followed her at various companies) so when she set up her own business of course we were going to use her again. This time it was for our very own house move.
What sets Hayley apart from the rest is the personal touch, she understands just how stressful buying or selling property is and has more than once been the calm it what can seem like a never ending storm.
We’re currently buying another property (for our son this time) and hoping having Hayley on our side will help this purchase be as stress free as possible again.

I would highly recommend George Watson Solicitors. Hayley provided an absolutely excellent service during a recent purchase. She is extremely diligent and all communications were precise and clear. She managed the process expertly, and always made me feel she had everything in control. Buying a house can be extremely stressful and they took all of the stress out of it for us. They are a small firm and provide a 100times better service than the bigger companies that we have used in the past. Would definitely recommend.

The best solicitor for conveyancing. Hayley helped me when I bought my house 10 years ago, and I sought her to handle the sale. She then also handled both the sale of my Mum's house and purchase of a new one. Been absolutely great on all four jobs. Personal friendly service, a solicitor who actually communicates with you, puts the effort in and has the expertise to get your purchase or sale sorted. Can't recommend them enough. Don't get duped into taking the company your estate agent recommends, choose your own solicitor and make it this one.

Hayley and Grant are truly amazing. My house sale and purchase could have been incredibly stressful, however Hayley took all the stress for me. Everything went seamlessly- I hardly had to do a thing!! I don’t intend moving house again but if I did I’d have Hayley on speed dial without hesitation.
