We had a sale of my Brother and I's buy to let that seemed over complicated by multiple late communication's from our buyers solicitor. Laura and Jodie were both very efficient, professional and kept me up to date at all times at the progression of our sale. Laura on the day of completion stayed late, went the extra mile to make sure our sale went through and I cannot thank her enough. A Fantastic Solicitor and a credit to your profession.

BG handled the joint purchase between my mother and me, as well as the sale of my mother’s property. We were both extremely impressed with the level of service provided. Having bought and sold several properties in the past, we can confidently say that the service from Laura and Jodie was outstanding. They were exceptionally proactive, highly efficient, and kept the process moving at an impressive pace. In fact, we only wish we had used BG for previous house moves—it would have saved us a great deal of stress. In what was a complex seven-property chain, Laura’s efforts in coordinating exchange and completion dates were instrumental in ensuring the entire chain held together. A definite 10 out of 10. We would not hesitate to use BG again and have already recommended Laura, Jodie, and BG Solicitors to three others.

We used BG solicitors for will writing (Miriam) & conveyancing (Bradley & James) received great advice and outstanding service from everyone. I've moved house several times and never had a solicitor so responsive. Any questions were answered same day, there was a portal to keep up to date with progress. When things got sticky enquiries were made promptly. With our will writing everything is fully explained and any questions answered. I am fully confident we now have the right protections for our family. Fees are competitive, there are 5 office across the Hunber region Hessle, Barton, Scunthorpe, Grimsby and Louth so easy to pop in for appointnents or to drop off/collect. I would highly recommend

Do yourself a favour and find a different solicitors. Used them recently and communication from them is really poor. Don't reply to emails in a timely manner and don't reply to answer phone messages at all. Will never use again.

I can't recommend Helen and both Julie's enough. They were attentive, responsive, and friendly and helped me with any queries I had. I was keen for things to get moving along quickly, and they certainly made that happen. Thank you, ladies, for a smooth and pleasant experience!

I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for professionalism, basic respect or anything to be completed in a timely manner. They are rude and dismissive of legitimate concerns and will not return phone calls or emails.
