Avoid at all costs!
I appointed Knight Richardson to assist with a property purchase in June 2026, paying a premium cost for what I hoped was a premium service. Unfortunately this was quickly found to not be the case, throughout the transaction the communication was poor, often leading to me chasing up simple enquiries multiple times with no response, often not getting an answer at all. Due to the lack of clarity of crucial matters, I withdrew from the transaction just to be issued with a £450 abortion fee following a review of initial enquiries. Surprisingly, this was the only time the communication was of any standard, when they were chasing this payment and threatening small claims court summons if not paid within a short deadline. The assistant at the firm was rude, unprofessional and unsympathetic regarding the matter, dismissing all concerns raised and speaking over me as I attempted to speak. I attempted to speak to a senior member of staff, just to be told that they were too busy to take my call and when I requested a callback, was told that they were too busy and to either pay the fee or a small claims court application would be made. I’ve never dealt with a more abrasive, rude conveyancing company in my life, they’re incompetent, rude and provide the worst communication. Avoid to prevent wasting your money.
