If I could leave zero stars I would! My case has been ongoing from April 2021, 18 months! The person dealing with my case is NEVER available and every time they say “we will send her an email to phone you”, doesn’t happen! I am fed up of chafing, chafing chasing!! Even asked for her managers name and apparently she was emailed too but alas still no further forward. NO EMAIL TESPIBSE OR PHONE CALL! Absolutely ridiculous company

I have been using IMe Law as I was directed through my insurance company, well what a mistake that was. I was involved in a non fault accident early 2020, they have to deal with the MIB who have been quick to respond and ask for documents etc, however, IMe Law take weeks to do anything. I have spent two and a half years being passed to a new case handler every couple of months, who then spends weeks either looking for documents IMe Law have already received over the past two years plus, or sending emails just explaining who they are. If you want an update from them, you chase them, and you’ll continue to chase them by every form of contact you can to finally receive an email typically saying “I have contact the other side for an update”. It is basically if you don’t chase them and leave them to it, they do nothing, so be prepared to call and email constantly. They have an online system which is never updated, documents are never added and no notes or updates are left on there. Two and a half years later and I’m still chasing them for a case that should have been over years ago.

Wife phoned on Thursday to speak to her case handler and got told she was busy and would get a call back, never received a call. Tried again Friday and was told shed get a call back, never received a call. Called again today (Monday) and was told she would be called back, again nothing! Joke!

This is the worst law firm I have ever heard of, it's been a year since I made my first claim and have had 4 medical reports sent back to be amended ,one of the times the "medical professional" point blank refused to amend the report even after numerous mistakes ( loosing medical documents ) where made , very little and far between communication , multiple handlers dealing with my case ( even though the 3rd party immediately admitted fault ) this has still not been sorted and my latest report has changed my occupation from delivery driver to water-ski instructor , now forcing me to contact the ombudsman as they are do incompetent they cannot complete a simple task , NEVER EVERRRRRRRR use this company
