Choose any other solicitor rather than these. My father passed away and I was one of three executors, along with my brother and sister, to his estate. I insisted that BJH were used to ensure all was accounted for. Large sums were missing and explanations refused by one of the other executors. BJH were asked to find out why these sums had been taken. Huge mistake. The Legal Ombudsman have already imposed a fine on BJH for numerous matters of service including sharing confidential documents, losing track of estate property and not investigating missing property adequately. Then there is the rudeness and abuse from the staff to clients and grieving family members. Note for Mr Jackson. Sharing confidential documents is a "big deal", despite what you shouted at me. Having paid the fine, they are back under further investigations for more financial issues, more service issues and more abusive, rude and unprofessional behaviour, including refusing to share estate documents with an executor (or the Ombudsman). More to follow, but for now, this is a warning to those looking for legal help. Do not contemplate this crowd. Not if you need them to look after loved ones. Not if you need them to look after financial matters. Not if you need them to look after you. Especially avoid if you need them to respect you, your family or your rights. Note to BJH, in particular Nick Grobler, Asking for information about the estate of my deceased father, to which I am an executor, is not "trouble making". No noticeable respect for deceased wishes, clients, grieving families or the regulating authorities.
