Initially chose this solicitors simply because they were local to us. Glad we did. We dealt with a tricky and time sensitive remortgage situation, and found Farzana Azizi extremely helpful. She kept the lines of communication open at all times and pushed a process that had been dragging on for a while through before the end of the month, with hours to spare. Thank you.

I will never forget the efficiency and incredible kindness of Mohammed Khaled Hussain at Newman law. This man did exactly what you hope a solicitor will do. A few months ago we found something "odd" in the paperwork from the vendor when I was about to exchange. Turns out that "something odd" could have cost me over 10k. Mohammed helped prevent a huge disaster and was so kind and patient in explaining it to me. This man has the patience of an angel. I cannot thank him enough. He went above and beyond. Moving from Whitby to my hew home was made a straightforward experience, thank to Hannah Dowling in the Whitby office. She worked ceaselessly to ensure everything was in place at the correct time. Moving became quite traumatic owing to sudden unexpected hospitalisation of my partner, but throughout Hannah was to be relied upon.

I bought my property with the help of Mr. Mohammed (Newman Law LLP Solicitors) together with his team Mr Vakar and Mr Erfaan. They were very professional and especially patient with me through the whole process. It wasn’t an easy feat as at one point most of the team of seller's solicitor were stricken by covid but still powered through and got everything that needed to be done and completed in time, Meanwhile assuring me along the way.
