I have had to watch my daughter driven to the brink of tears on several occasions because of the actions of this company and frankly found it hard to believe what she was relaying to me, UNTIL I started reading the reviews on this web site. My daughter was due to move today and because of inaction by this company this cannot now happen. To make matters worse she was emailed an "urgent" form that she had to sign and return immediately today. However the details, bank account number, names, addresses, and mortgage details referred to a couple from Worcester and had nothing to do with my daughter, and we will certainly be making the ICO and the couple involved aware of this data breach.

Do not use this firm they will speak or communicate in any shape or form. They have left me hanging for months and months with no update and solictors at this firm leaving left right and centre. I have called there offices over 100 times no response and am at my whits end they should be closed down. Going to contact the Ombudsman now as emailed them over 50 times too not just one member of staff multiple staff even the owners of the firm however no joy not even acknowledgement or an apology. How a business can be allowed to operate this way is totally shocking. Please if you want your piece and mind and good mental health do not trust this company pay extra and go else where. All the offices have now closed and the london office will not calls.

I am quite frankly appalled by the service I have received in the handling of my house purchase. I am 4 months into this now - I have had no updates, no contact, been frequently ignored, phone calls rejected, place on hold and my call dropped. I have had 2 solicitors leave the business while dealing with my case and their notes then took over a month to pass onto the next person. The issue of no contact got that bad that I had to call round all the known offices looking for my contact, I then caught them in the office in a different line by chance and that was the only time I got an update from them. The stress I have been put through due to their complete lack of professionalism and customer case is beyond belief. I am very surprised I have not lost this house due to the slow shambolic excuse for a solicitor. I am still no further forward.

After months of no communication with my other sides solicitors! Over 100 phone calls and emails no response! Very abrupt when speaking to any member of staff on the phone when they do decide to answer! Will be taking my complaint further!! Avoid!!!

Avoid at all cost, over 5 months of no communication despite chasing them daily via phone and email with very little responses. Never once spoke to so called solicitor only her pa, Took so long seller pulled out so I lost house
