The deceased left a house, shares and cash. 7 years later this company still hasn't finalised the estate. I have put in official complaint to the firm last year and still not closed the estate. Apparently they can't cash the dividend cheques so causing delays.

My personal Deeds to my property are being withheld and this firm are not cooperating in letting me viewing them,they are also preventing me viewing the documents of identification and signatures of ownership. They have been contacted several times by myself and other Solicitor’s. I’m pursuing legal action against this firm.

Claire Gale, one of the solicitors at Adam Douglas Legal managed the conveyancing of our purchase. There were several challenges associated with this purchase, to which Claire constantly adapted, advocating on our behalf excellently with the builders, their solicitor as well as liaising with the mortgage provider. Claire kept us constantly informed and had even driven to the house to see it herself. A nice touch. Overall, the quality of work undertaken by Claire has been excellent value for money. Would fully recommend.
