I had a new Will done with Phoebe at Carr & Co, they were very professional and understanding, I appreciated this very much indeed. Process was very smooth and all my options were explained to me. They will review my will in 3 years as part of their fee which was most reasonable, and no extra charge to securely store the Will. I had to travel to Morpeth office from my home in Newcastle but it was well worth it. Thanks again!

From start to finish the process of doing my own Will and my parents doing theirs was made much smoother due to the patience, understanding and direction of Philippa. She was extremely supportive with my father who needed longer to process information & often this required several explanations of the same thing. With my own Will she was very helpful with advice pertaining to my particular circumstances which was a real comfort and offered reassurance. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this firm.

From start to finish Victoria was outstanding. Firstly she assisted with the 'Trust' that the house was in, when other firms wouldn't help us. Then she was in totally control of the purchase and sale of the house we were selling and buying. The best of it was, she was always available to contact us either by phone or e mail so we were always kept updated. We could not speak highly enough of her and the work she did on our behalf, and we would use Victoria again if we ever needed legal assistance! Many thanks for your help Victoria

Victoria our solicitor, and Cameron her Paralegal were brilliant. We bought a house at auction which we had never done before, the conveyancing of which was handled professionally, and then we also sold a property in a Family Trust. I valued Victoria's and Cameron's expertise in this field. I could not have managed without them especially as we had to set up a Trust Bank Account (not easy), and fill in HMRC forms after completion. Their advice was very much appreciated. I highly recommend Carr & Co.

Debbie and Denise made everything so easy and were on top of everything throughout despite the best efforts of the sellers solicitor not doing much. They passed on all the important docs and summarised everything. Thanks for all the help.
