Most importantly, she remained calm and reassuring at the times when I certainly wasn’t! The sale had its complications, particularly towards the end when timings became very tight, but Lucie kept on top of everything, chased when necessary and made sure we always knew what was happening. Dealing with the sale of a parent’s home is inevitably emotional, and having someone so approachable, patient and dependable handling the conveyancing made a real difference.
