Alexa from McQueen Turner provides an excellent, friendly, timely service. She is very responsive and understanding - empathetic too. She makes a complex process run smoothly and was always on hand to explain anything to us. She stood her ground when the opposite solicitor was being very difficult - she was very much on our side and we felt very safe in her capable hands.

This sale became something of a saga but Alexa stuck with it and guided us though all the hoops to be jumped through, we could not have done it without her.

This was a purchase of a registered residential freehold property without a mortgage from executors. In the context of purchases this should have been the most straight forward of purchases. It was anything but! Both the executors and the executors' sellers (who shall remain nameless) were extremely slow and unhelpful. The memorandum of sale was signed in March and completion in August.

Finally in terms of value for money for a transaction that had lasted this period of time, I can only say that it was excellent.
