Excellent!!
Alexa from McQueen Turner provides an excellent, friendly, timely service. She is very responsive and understanding - empathetic too. She makes a complex process run smoothly and was always on hand to explain anything to us. She stood her ground when the opposite solicitor was being very difficult - she was very much on our side and we felt very safe in her capable hands.

Good handling of a difficult property sale
This sale became something of a saga but Alexa stuck with it and guided us though all the hoops to be jumped through, we could not have done it without her.

Efficient, Professional, Friendly
I used McQueen Turner Solicitors to help with the conveyancing on an estate sale. All members of staff were very friendly and helpful. I was kept informed every step of the way. If I had any questions, they were very prompt in their responses. The whole process was very smooth and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Genuinely Unimprovable Service
Alexa McQueen Turner took control of the whole process, all correspondence was very clearly set out, any questions or queries were quickly answered and she and her staff could not have been more helpful. I cannot think of anything that I could complain about or find fault in the service I received and all this was provided for a very reasonable fee. This was the purchase of a house in London and McQueen Turner's base in Henley had no impact on the quality of service. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a really good conveyancer.

A stressful process made stress free
Moving can be a very stressful process. McQueen Turner made it about as stress free as it can be. Professional at all times and yet friendly and approachable. Just a delight to deal with. Would recommend them to anyone and would certainly use them again.

Buying your first property is not easy with lots of pitfalls to avoid and moving parts. We felt Alexa and her team at McQueen Turner were always on our side with the best advice and with our interests at heart. They guided us through the process, making it clear and easy.
