Fantastic Support Throughout

Karen Pratt was our solicitor in our recent house move. She provided us fantastic support throughout. She was very responsive (replying always same day-often within an hour), clear in her communication, and thorough in approach. Our sale and purchase went through without any issues and exactly on the time-table we hoped for. I am certain that Karen's skills and approach made this possible. I have already recommend her to a her friend who is also moving and will be using Blandy&Blandy again in the future!

Affable but expensive

Perfectly friendly and approachable but we ended up in dispute over the final legal bill. Complained but received an entirely predictable 'we disclosed everything' response.
Felt the final cost was expensive for what we ended up with, which was an extremely wordy letter saying 'you might win, might not' but a third party would be needed to be more categoric. Not convinced the cost justified the outcome.
