I was a first time buyer and so knew very little about the house-buying process, and Karen was fantastic throughout. From the first time we spoke she showed genuine interest in the property I was buying, and throughout she was always available, replying to emails quickly and answering the phone. She always had my best interests at heart and represented me well to ensure a lease extension was properly done. It's hard to choose a solicitor as there are so many out there, but I hope this recommendation helps someone to choose. I couldn't recommend Karen / Blandy & Blandy more.

Karen Pratt was very helpful, informative & quick to respond to any query, whether by phone or email.
We had a few issues with the sellers estate agent, however, Karen soon dealt with these for us.
Overall she was always there if we needed an answer & we would have no hesitation in coming back to Karen in the future.

Karen come up trumps again, and we had a very smooth purchase of our new house. This was done despite the vendors solicitor not being as prompt and responsive as Karen. Would highly recommend using Blandy's as long as Karen is involved.

We have used Blandy and Blandy to complete two house purchases and instructed them to author our wills, and on all occasions the service has been second to none and we have been delighted with the results. Karen in particular is a phenomenal conveyancer and provided excellent advice and was always fast to respond to any queries or questions we had. We can't recommend them highly enough and we're likely to use there services again when we next move home.

I cannot thank Blandys employment law team enough. Having an impossible situation presented to me recently (on behalf of a family member) we contacted Blandys and they immediately assisted us. This was during the summer holidays where we struggled to find anyone else prior to contacting them. I felt they were in my corner, prioritising is on an urgent matter. Mental health does not mean anything to Blandy & Blandy solicitors in fact, they have used my mental health to extract as much money as out of me as possible. I would seriously never recommend using them whilst they have a good reputation in Home buying, there divorce solicitors only want money. They have never cared about mental health even with their website clearly showing supportive messages. I feel like taking my own life because of their behaviours and driving my family into the ground.
