"A stressful experience: Extreme professional negligence, arrogance, and h@r@ssment" I strongly recommend avoiding this firm. Dealing with them was an incredibly unpleasant and stressful experience. From the very beginning of our professional relationship, the legal assistant, Ceitidh Bryden, displayed sheer arrogance, alarmingly rude behaviour, and a completely unacceptable attitude—even going so far as to shout at me over the phone. Throughout the process, she acted merely as a messenger for the other party rather than as a qualified legal professional, proving herself to be totally unprofessional in her practice. Despite a formal agreement via email regarding a £200 price reduction specifically for cleaning and preparing the house (which was correctly applied to the final settlement), the firm failed to properly update the final missives out of sheer laziness. Worse still, once the funds had been legally settled and were under my control, she continued to act as a puppet for the buyer, launching an absurd campaign of psychological intimidation. They forwarded me, totally unprofessional and coercitive emails containing text in red and unlawfully demanded my personal overseas address without any legal basis, thereby strictly violating data protection principles and professional boundaries. This constitutes clear legal unprofessionalism, and I am currently considering formally reporting the matter to the competent regulatory authorities that oversee solicitors in Scotland. Pure malpractice, rudeness, and zero integrity. Avoid at all costs." Alex
