Fantastic Experience

After contacting several law firms, I chose to engage the services of Buchanan Dickson Frame. I found Karen MacDonald very helpful and willing to answer my questions regarding my late mother's estate.

Karen proved to be a very professional, competent and personable paralegal. She obtained all the information she needed at our first meeting and kept me well informed throughout the process. She promptly replied to emails and disbursed the funds as soon as the firm received them.

I would certainly use Karen for future business and highly recommend her to others.

Excellent service

BDF were excellent throughout the sale of my house, my mums and the purchase of our new house. All 3 went through around the same time and smoothly too.

We have also used BDF in the past for the purchase and wind down of our business along with various other transactions and have complete confidence in the advice and service they provide.

Best lawyer ever!

The best lawyer i have ever met, Allan. If you have straight forward matters where you ask no questions and don't get to express yourself well, just come in for a straight forward request, pay and then leave then do not go to Buchanan Dickson Frame.

If you want to discuss your matters in a friendly, well informed and understanding environment where your wishes are well understood and your needs as a client are met and to speak to someone who really cares about the person and not just the money then Buchanan Dickson Frame is right for you.

I genuinely cannot see why anyone would be dissatisfied with the company (and more specifically allan) in a million years. I would be forever grateful to them for helping me out of my problems and i will never want to change my lawyer no matter what.

Our first home

My wife and I used Allan Hutton of Buchanan Dickson Frame to buy our first home. We found him very knowledgeable of the local housing market which benefited us as first time buyers enormously.

During the process he kept us in the loop of all developments and answered our constant phone-calls regularly. Thanks Allan!

We recommend him if your planning on buying a home, that's us now two weeks in our first house and we couldn't be happier.

An unbelievably poor experience, framed by terrible communication and guidance.

We had a miserable experience using Buchanan Dickson Frame last year. Communication with David Frame was slow and one sided - I would frequently wait days before receiving a reply. David then took 2 weeks leave in the middle of the acceptance of our final offer, without informing us.

2 weeks before our move in date, David told us we had to move it forward at least a week. We were furious, as we had paid for arrangements for moving that day. Unbelievably, with one week to go, David again went on leave. We were reassigned to Aisha Hussain, who wasn’t brought up to speed with the details of our case. Despite assurances by Aisha, our move-in date was moved forward again several times, meaning further cost on our end to reschedule services.

Dealing with Buchanan Dickson Frame was the worst experience I've ever had with so called professionals in my life. Learn from our mistake, choose a quality solicitor who will value your custom and stay far away from Buchanan Dickson Frame.
