    I’m extremely grateful to Tod & Mitchell and Paul Lynch for their outstanding support. After an urgent situation arose late on a Friday, I struggled to find legal help until they responded promptly the following morning. Despite the short notice and a 400-mile round trip, they rearranged their schedule and ensured representation, with a solicitor prepared and in court on Monday. The service was exemplary — professional, highly efficient, and consistently responsive throughout the stressful months that followed. Thanks to their preparation and expertise, the case was successfully dismissed. Excellent communication, responsiveness, and professionalism throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

    I can't praise Tod and Mitchell highly enough. From initial contact,,right through to my final court appearance. Absolutely tremendous service, always available to assist you with any difficult queries. My final trial appearance was handled by Stephen Graham. From the very start he gave me confidence that he was going to win my case,,,and as it turned out,,,he did,,, absolutely over the moon. Mr Graham showed great skill and cunning when cross examining Crown witnesses,,,the best I have ever saw He Had great knowledge and understanding and planning for my case. He used video evidence,,and got his points over to the judge very skillfully. It was his overall handling of all aspects of my case that finally won it for me. If in the future,,,if I need a Defence lawyer,,,I will be contacting Tod and Mitchell and asking if Mr Graham would be available to take my case. But the whole set up at Tod and Mitchell is very professionally run and a very courteous staff who will handle your individual case with the utmost professionalism. Excellent Service. DM
