After an urgent situation arose late on a Friday, I struggled to find legal help until they responded promptly the following morning. Despite the short notice and a 400-mile round trip, they rearranged their schedule and ensured representation, with a solicitor prepared and in court on Monday. My experience with Tod & Mitchell was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Rhona Lynch took on my trial and from the first day I spoke to her, I knew I was in safe hands! She listened carefully to every detail and calmed my nerves during one of the darkest times of my life. After a 3 day trial I was acquitted of an assault to severe injury charge and the verdict was unanimous by the jurors and it only took 20 minutes to come to their decision. Me and my family watched Rhona in absolute awe as she broke down every witness statement and cross examined them to which she pulled the lies from 2 people in particular who had lied through their teeth. The best lawyers in the game, my name is Anthony and for the last 2 years Todd and Mitchell have been by my side, linzy and elidith with the advocate Victoria just got me a not guilty on both charges for a false accusation of rape and assault after a week long trial, was arrested 3.5 years ago and it is finally over today with a not guilty verdict, I spent days not sleeping, crying and giving evidence and these lawyers and advocate spent a whole 70 minutes destroying the crowns "evidence" which in return sent me home a free man, forever grateful, hugged them all in tears, and now home safe, still doesn't feel real but it is, whether it's a false accusation or something you have done, Todd and Mitchell and its advocates will bring you amazing results!
