Our house sale was put in jeopardy because ORJ forgot that we had agreed to pay an indemnity insurance policy. ORJ failed to pass on a revised bill from our estate agents, which was lower than the original bill.

Saffia has a proactive, knowledgeable and friendly approach which made what had the potential to be a stressful transfer of equity very straightforward. It was a great experience dealing with ORJ law limited especially with Saffia Keegan as my Solister she completed all the legal formalities on time, responsive any time I approached her even without an appointment, also it is worth mentioning that you can do all the paperwork with them remotely you do not have to visit their office, and overall it was a value for money, I highly recommend to approach her as an excellent solicitor.

I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Saffia. This is the first time I have actually sold a house and I wasn't really sure what to expect - other than the fact that selling a house is rarely a good experience. I'm not saying that I wasn't somewhat paranoid throughout but Saffia was great. Email responses were good and she kept me on track with everything I needed to do. She dealt with what Im sure became quite annoying emails as to completion professionally and promptly and tried to keep me reassured. Im sure the legal process of buying/selling of a house is ripe for reform - it really shouldn't take this long - but my delays were not down to Saffia and she successfully navigated me through this archaic process. Would happily recommend Saffia and ORJ.

Jackie Meredith has represented me in a very complex case that has just been concluded after three years due to my case being so serve. Jackie’s approach in regards to my case was not only sensitive but also honest. Jackie has been phenomenal for support throughout representing me in a very difficult and traumatising time. She remained professional at all times, listened to my concerns, advised me accordingly with legality and never gave me any false hope nor tell me what I might of wanted to hear. Jackie has been professional, realistic in regards to the court process, empathetic, honest, kind and encouraging towards me throughout the last three years that I have been with her. Jackie was always clear and precise when given clear instructions from me. I was always given options when they were available and never felt rushed in making difficult decisions. Everything was always explained clearly, I was always given options and never felt rushed nor without support and advise. Jackie would be quick to respond to any updates in my case via email and phone calls.

Amazing experience from start to finish! The team are professional and also very friendly, they guided us through all of the paperwork for our house move and answered any questions we had very quickly. Louise, Lucy and Lili were all great at helping us complete as fast as possible and there was always someone at the office to speak to when we needed urgent help with anything. We would recommend them to anyone needing a reliable Solicitor who is communicative and approachable. We can't thank them enough!
