Louise and Kim dealt with a complex sale of a leasehold property via Powers of Attorney and involving a Management Company. They dealt with challenges and questions from the buyers solicitor very well and contacted us when needed. It appeared that the buyers solicitor was not as adept at dealing with the situation and needed some pushing to ensure the sale went through on time. We felt Louise responded well to the delays and gave professional advice in dealing with the protracted enquiries and requests by the buyers solicitor. We thought Louise and Kim dealt with the more challenging situation in a very professional and respectful way. I would certainly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. I sold my property in April '25 which unfortunately fell through in Oct '25, sold again in Jan '26 and have just completed on the sale. Awful solicitors, the worst I have ever seen. Refused to answer queries, seemed to have little knowledge of law and were appalling. Please DO NOT USE this terrible lot

Amazing experience from start to finish! The team are professional and also very friendly, they guided us through all of the paperwork for our house move and answered any questions we had very quickly. Louise, Lucy and Lili were all great at helping us complete as fast as possible and there was always someone at the office to speak to when we needed urgent help with anything.
