8 weeks from instruction to completion. Everything was handled efficiently, emails answered same day. Online portal meant we had easy access to see the progress of the sale
PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!! We used them recently for a sale and purchase, where they failed to identify an extension didn't have building regulations through their conveyancing and to check an indemnity policy for the same, which turned out to be null and void when we tried to claim. We were served with a notice by the local council as a result and has cost us thousands to put right, or have the build condemned. They now continue to ignore our emails and formal complaint, giving us no choice but to contact the legal ombudsman and take the matter to claims court.
