The worst solicitor to pick

I think Crackheads tried robbing me?? About 2 weeks went past from this happening and I had police knocking my door to arrest me. I got arrested and kept in the police station over the weekend for Special court on Monday. I didn’t have a solicitor in my interview because, I could prove a lot with my phone. The police took my iPhone 15 Pro Max off me. The police took my phone off me because of the messages I had on my phone that proved the lie’s in the statements. I wasn’t getting bail from the police station so, I was on in Magistrates court on Monday. I used to use Neil Foley and Co when I was younger so, I asked for Neil Foley to be in my court on Monday. Everyone in the Pontypridd area haven’t got a good word to say about this firm. I think I was just young and didn’t realise how bad they were. I haven’t been in trouble for 14 years. I’m older now and I can see how bad they are. I was told to ask for this case to go to Crown because, I had more of a chance in Crown. The magistrates courts bailed me, with my past that would NEVER happen. I was also put on a 7pm till 7am curfew. I went in to Neil Foley’s and actually spoke to Neil Foley and he recommended I came out of work and claimed legal aid. I got bail, got in my car and drove straight to Apple in Cardiff to buy a iPhone 16 Pro Max, my phone got its own email address so, everything that was on my iPhone 15 is now on my iPhone 16. I had every text, every picture on my new iPhone 16. I went to Crown Court and there was no solicitor there for me, I had a barrister but, no solicitor. I thought that was a little strange. I went not guilty and I had a trail date for February 2026. About a week I had a phone call off the police station asking if I wanted my phone back, I then asked how can I have it back and I was told that there were no further action with my case. I emailed Neil Foley and Co and I explained my phone call off the police and I had a reply off my solicitor saying the police do give your phone back before your trail starts. I replied, No they don’t. I kept emailing Neil Foley and Co asking why am I still on curfew over Christmas and new years with no further action?? My emails were being ignored so, I emailed a solicitor ombudsman and complained about Neil Foley and Co and explained what they were doing to me. I received a letter off Neil Foley saying that they no longer represent me but, every solicitor I’m asking to represent me won’t take my case on because, there is no case to take on. I think Neil Foley is just milking the system, I was advised to come out of work by Neil Foley himself. I was told my case is no further action and Neil Foley and Co wants to keep me on Curfew until February 2026. I received a phone call off the police station telling me they had my phone in the police station, could I come and collect it? I couldn’t collect it then, I emailed them about a week later and I was told they can’t give my phone back because, my case was still on. That just tells me Neil Foley and Co phoned the police station and told them not to give my phone back? Neil Foley and Co are representing ME but, are stringing me along. This firm are the WORST firm to get to represent you. I’m unemployed because, you can get more money off legal aid. Neil, if any of this text are lie’s then, please take me to court. That will be Fun. I’m emailing everyone until you do your job right, once you do your job right, I’ll stop.
