Very unprofessional in respect of response to phone calls for simple queries.
Called number on the website several times, simply unavailable, and no one calls back if you leave details and call back telephone number. Best look elsewhere!

I was recommended by my partner's friend who is also disappointed that NLS and Louise Fenney were good immigration solicitors and that they could handle our case. my disappointment comes because prior to instructing them my partner in the Philipinnes Emailed Louise many times for some information and never got a reply even though she had done what Louise advised and gone ahead and got her IELTS B1 English test and Medical ready I did email Louise myself and got one reply however I still tried to Instruct them via E Mail but again got no reply I even Emailed the Office direct and still got no reply. I must say that our initial zoom meeting was very good and we were both very confident but we just needed some further information as other immigration solicitors had said we did not have much of a chance to get the fiance Visa before we Instructed her It waas always was my Intention to Instruct Louise to do our Fiance Visa I leave this review with a heavy heart but feel very dissapointed we was ignored when it is such an important time that you need to feel confident that you are doing the right thing I am sorry but I can not reccomend your Company

I asked NLS to act for me to assist my daughter in law with an application for spouse visa. We did the first application ourselves and didnt complet it correctly. It was rejected and we had wasted the application fee nearley £1500.
I intaially asked NLS to tell me why the application had been rejected, after the great responce and help in a free consultation I asked them to reapply for me. Louise Fenney acted for us, she was great under diffiuclt COVID times, and having the problem of dealing with the home office.
Earleir this week the appliction was granted, and was money well spent. I would reccomend NLS and Louise in person should anybody find themselves needing this kind of assistiance in the future. I will use them again when the application needs to be done again. THANKS NLS
