Me and my partner contacted Shamina from NLS Solicitors to handle my partners visa renewal. I discovered NLS Solicitors through Oasis and the Refugee Council, although this initial knowledge was superficial. After several unsuccessful attempts with other law firms, I contacted Ms. Ruth Brown, whom I had known since 2017, and contacted Asylum Justice in October 2022. This is where I met Mandy Gould, who worked part-time at Asylum Justice and full-time at NLS Solicitors. Mandy offered to transfer my case to NLS where she works full-time and concentrate seriously on it. I accepted this proposal. Throughout this time, Mandy has been not only a Solicitor for me, but a companion willing to listen and advise me, leading to a positive outcome attested to by the court's conclusion on 3 December 2024. I am extremely grateful for their efforts and I highly recommend NLS Solicitors due to my positive experience.

I was recommended by my partner's friend who is also disappointed that NLS and Louise Fenney were good immigration solicitors and that they could handle our case. my disappointment comes because prior to instructing them my partner in the Philipinnes Emailed Louise many times for some information and never got a reply even though she had done what Louise advised and gone ahead and got her IELTS B1 English test and Medical ready I did email Louise myself and got one reply however I still tried to Instruct them via E Mail but again got no reply I even Emailed the Office direct and still got no reply. I must say that our initial zoom meeting was very good and we were both very confident but we just needed some further information as other immigration solicitors had said we did not have much of a chance to get the fiance Visa before we Instructed her It waas always was my Intention to Instruct Louise to do our Fiance Visa I leave this review with a heavy heart but feel very dissapointed we was ignored when it is such an important time that you need to feel confident that you are doing the right thing I am sorry but I can not reccomend your Company

Can't fault nls solicitors from my very first application in 2016 for biomatrix residency until now. There service is absolutely amazing and all their case workers is top notch. They provided their professional support throughout my Asylum journey, which later led to my indefinite leave to remain in April 2025.
